Cook the frozen peas and chopped garlic in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain well.2 cup frozen peas1 clove garlic roughly chopped
Tip the peas and garlic into the food processor, then add in the butter and sour cream. Puree until you have a thick green mash.1 tablespoon butter1 ½ tablespoon sour cream
