Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower. A simple, delicious and versatile side dish. This roasted cauliflower is perfect with a roast or with a pan fried steak.

large head cauliflower

red onions

tablespoon
olive oil
2
teaspoon
chopped fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
Instructions

Prevent your screen from going dark
Heat oven to 220ºC/200ºC fan forced/Gas mark 7.
Break the cauliflower into small florets and place in a roasting tin,
Slice the onion into thick wedges and nestle it about amongst the cauliflower.
Drizzle over the olive oil then sprinkle over the rosemary.
Season generously with salt and cracked black pepper.
Roast for 25 mins until the cauliflower is starting to colour.
