These Furikake Fries are coated in a delicious blend of Japanese seasonings and spices, making your taste buds dance with joy. When Furikake Seasoning is sprinkled over a hot plate of crispy fries, it's a flavor explosion in your mouth that's impossible to resist. The savory, umami flavors of the furikake perfectly complement the crispiness of the fries. They bake in the oven and are easy to make.

Notes
Yukon Gold, Russet, Sebago, Red Delight, King Edward or Desiree potatoes are all good for making fries/hot chips.
You can make your own fries using the instructions, or for a quicker alternative use frozen French fries.
I use white vinegar, but you can use apple cider vinegar instead.
I use vegetable oil for making fries but you can sub with olive oil/canola oil/sunflower oil/melted coconut oil.
