Mango and Basil Frozen Yoghurt
Tropical, rich and totally worth it! This Mango frozen yoghurt is the stuff of tropical summers. Or the stuff that will make you feel like you re in the middle of a tropical summer even when it is raining outside ;-)

Ingredients

/8oz 0% fat Greek yoghurt

honey
(see notes)

single basil leaves
(optional)
Instructions
Add the frozen mango, yoghurt, honey and basil (if using) to the food processor and blend for a minute.
Scoop out and serve immediately.
Or empty into a freezable container and keep in the freezer until needed.
Notes
Any liquid sweetener will work - maple syrup/rice malt syrup/agave syrup
