These Hot and Spicy Chicken Skewers are perfect for game night or as footie snacks, all washed down with a cold beer! They are always a hit at parties and make a great game day appetizer to serve for friends.

Instructions
Start by soaking the the kebab sticks in a jug of water. This prevents them burning on the grill.
Pour the coffee, salt, maple syrup, chilli powder, chilli flakes and all spice into a large ziplock bag.
Crush in the garlic into the bag, then seal the bag and shake it about a bit to mix everything together.
Add the chicken tenders and place the bag in the fridge to marinade for 2-6 hours.
Preheat the grill to it's hottest setting.
Remove the chicken from the bag and thread each tender onto your soaked kebab stick. Lay them out of a baking tray.
Grill one each side for 3-4 minutes a side until just cooked through.
Notes
These hot and spicy skewers are hot! If you want to tone it down then use just 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
